If you are making a tax-exempt purchase, please follow these instructions to provide us with the necessary documentation:
- Complete your purchase as usual.
- After your purchase is confirmed, please gather the required tax-exempt documentation, which may include a valid tax exemption certificate, resale certificate, or any other relevant documentation as per your local tax regulations.
- Scan or take a clear photo of the documentation.
- Send an email to news@practiceselfregulation.com with the subject line “Tax-Exempt Purchase – [Your Order Number].” Please make sure to include your order number in the subject line to expedite the process.
- Attach the scanned or photographed tax-exempt documentation to the email.
- In the body of the email, provide your full name, billing address, and any other relevant information to help us identify your order.
