We work confidentially with any size organization to effectively address vulnerabilities in organizational communication and behavior.<\/p><p>Workplace bullying has a profound effect on both individuals and organizations. When left unattended, workplace bullying can result in: high turnover rates; litigation risk; absenteeism; and reduced productivity (Namie &amp; Namie, 2011). Our work with organizations relating to this challenge includes:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7093fb4 elementor-widget worker orientation and on-going staff development that ties into workplace values<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Collaborating with organizational leadership in development and implementation of policies and protocols<\/li><li>Facilitating confidential quantitative and qualitative surveys about bullying in order to best assess prevalence, needs for prevention, and intervention<\/li><li>Documenting survey findings and making recommendations based on current professional literature addressing the problem<\/li><li>Introducing simple user-friendly ways of understanding and addressing the impact of bullying<\/li><li>Ongoing consultation and follow-up as indicated<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-section
